UW-Madison Private Housing Connections Program
All students, regardless of where they live, have access to the academic and personal support programs and services offered by UW-Madison.
The UW-Madison Private Housing Connections (PHC) Program was developed in Fall 2009 to strengthen the connection and flow of information between the students who choose to live in participating, privately-owned properties and the campus.
PHC Property owners and managers agree to operate their facilities in a manner reflective of core University values, including maintaining a safe and comfortable residential living environment and a welcoming and inclusive climate. They feature enhanced services for their student residents that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Staff who have training in student health services, safety, security, crisis management and response techniques, as well as other topics that best serve the interests of undergraduate students
- Property management/staff share important and timely university-related announcements
- Properties regularly host educationally and socially-beneficial programming
PHC-participating properties are listed below, and are also designated by an icon (
