Advertising Information
The Visitor & Information Programs (VIP) Campus Area Housing Listing Service provides owners, managers, sublessors, and tenants the opportunity to list vacant apartments, houses, efficiencies, rooms, cooperatives and privately-owned residence halls for a small fee. Advertisers are encouraged to submit and edit listings directly online; however, they may also place listings over the phone with a credit card or in person by cash, check, or credit card.
Note: Fees to use this service are based upon the total number of units owned/managed in Dane County and the location of those units. Fees are NOT based upon the number you wish to list with the VIP. The information you provide here is verified with the City Assessor's Office and Access Dane. Falsification or misrepresentation may result in suspension or rejection of listing privileges.
The use of our service by owners or managers with 7 or more rental units is by annual subscription only. Please contact the Campus Area Housing office at 263-2452 if you have questions about annual subscriptions.
